Refund policy

They can't all be winners, we get it.  Not to worry!  Buying online can be tricky.  If you get something home, and need a different size or just decided it wasn't your vibe, send us an email or better yet, shoot us a DM on the @bkindcity INSTAGRAM for a faster response.  We'll get back to your DM within 24 hours to help you out.  All sale items are FINAL SALE.  Any full priced items can be exchanged for merchandise of equal value within 30 DAYS of purchase.  If you exchange for something of lesser value we'll throw the balance on a BKC gift card for your next shopping spree.  Don't worry, they never expire.  If you can't find anything that day, no worries, we'll give you a store credit for the value of your original purchase.  

Here's the plan: 

Send us a message letting us know you need some help.  Shoot us an email or send us a DM @bkindcity.  We'll give you the address to ship it back to us.  Once your package arrives to us, we'll ship out your new item or send you your digital BKC credit in the form of a special promo code just for you.  BKINDCITY credit can be used on bkindcity.com or at any local BKC pop up.
